4. We maintain confidentiality of all client-provided information, unless disclosure is required by law.

5. FAIRCO is not responsible for any decisions made by clients based on the consultations provided.

6. Invoicing will occur as per the agreed terms, and payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

7. Clients may terminate the service with a written notice, subject to any agreed termination clauses.

8. Disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of France.
